Baker’s Guide

  • Storage:

    - Best enjoyed hot and fresh!

    - Do not leave in high temperatures for long period.

    - Wrap individually in plastic wrap or a Ziploc and refrigerate for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 14 days.

  • Reheating:

    - If frozen, thaw completely (1 hour) before heating for best results.

    - Air Fryer (Recommended): 340°F for 4–5 minutes until golden brown.

    - Oven: Preheat to 340°F, bake for 5–7 minutes until golden brown.

    - Varies by equipment, please do not microwave.

  • Schmear:

    - Our house-made schmear is natural and preservative-free.

    - Best consumed within 2 days; refrigerate for up to 5 days.
